Shipping Options
All mainland UK orders are shipped via FedEx on a next working day service. Please note this is not an indication of delivery time but just the method of shipping used. Non-Mainland UK orders may be subject to an additional cost. You will be contacted with any shipping quote before your order is processed and given the option to go ahead or cancel the order. Some smaller items may be shipped via Royal Mail recorded.
Items that are shipped via FedEx will require a signature, therefore we are more than happy to ship to a works address. This can be arranged at the time of entering your order or via email once the order has been placed. If you wish to change the address after the goods have already been dispatched there may be a re-delivery fee.
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 working days. Many items can be shipped within 1-2 days or direct from the manufacturer so if you require an item urgently please feel free to contact us. Occasionally items, particularly slow moving parts and accessories, may be out of stock in the UK in which case they will be put on backorder with an approximate delivery date of 2-4 weeks. Customers will be notified immediately if this applies to any items on their order and given the choice to keep them on order or cancel.
Shipping is FREE on all mainland UK orders over £50 and charged at £5.95 for orders below this value.
International customers will be contacted with a shipping quote once there order has been received. They can then choose to either go ahead with the order or cancel it. We find this option fairer than having a set shipping price as a customer who orders a small part should not be charged the same as someone who orders a full chrome kit. We can ship goods worldwide via TNT Post, TNT Express, FedEx or Royal Mail. We will always offer the cheapest quote, however feel free to request an express quote if you need items in a hurry. Alternatively you can request a shipping quote before you place the order. Simply email the shipping destination, along with the products you are interested in and we can provide a quote upfront.
